Our 7-Day Guarantee gives you plenty of time to try our products and see if they fit your needs. If you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact our Customer Service via phone or email to request a RMA number. We’ll issue full refund if you return the products within 7 days upon receiving the package. We can also issue partial refund if your order is a solar DIY kit and you are unhappy with part of the kit.

All return items must be packaged in original packaging to minimize transit damage. All return items must be unbroken and unused.
