Return/Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not been shipped. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service via phone or email as soon as possible. Our shipping department normally ships within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

For solar cells and solar cells DIY kit: you can return it back to us within 7 days upon receiving the package for full refund. Please contact our Customer Service via phone or email to request a RMA number before returning. Replacement request for broken solar cells or missing components must be submitted within 7 days upon receiving the product.

Solar Panels: solar panels can be returned back to us within 2 weeks upon receiving.

All return items must be packaged in original condition to minimize transit damage. All return items must be unbroken and unused.

We stand by our products. From the enormous number of solar cells that we have shipped, returns have been essentially negligible.
